Waynetown, Aug 18 - John Wesley Suitors, 90, one of the oldst residents of the county, known to his hundreds of friends as "Wesley" died at his home in Waynetown Saturday morning at 7:30 o'clock.  Death followed an illness of four weeks and was due to old age. The deceased was born on a farm four and one half miles northwest of Waynetown in Fountain County on on Jan 28, 1840, the son of John and Rachel Tracey Suitors. He was married Oct 24, 1869 to Elmira Parker, whose death occurred in 1923. Mr. Suitors was a farmer for many years retiring about 25 years ago when he moved to Waynetown. He was a member of the Waynetown Baptist Church. Survivors include two sons, Edward and Fred, both of Waynetown; a daughter, Mrs. Verna Stockdale of Seattle, Wash, 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren. A son died in infancy and another daughter, Mrs. Rosa Sink died 19 years ago. The funeral services will be held at the Waynetown Baptist Church Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock with Rev. IC Overman in charge. Burial will be in the Masonic cemetery here. The death of Mr. Suitors leaves TI Livengood as the only nonagenerian in Waynetown. Mr. Livengood is 93 years of age. - kbz
